Guest guest
i've been off doing experiments for the past few months. so far completed 120 cleanses. i started doing them every night at the beginning of the summer. it has been pretty much nonstop stones coming out until recently. i must have passed about 1/3 to 1/2 of a gallon of stones in volume, or maybe more. i got the cleanse to work successfully with one tbls of epsom salt and then i would drink about 10 ounces of oil and grapefruit juice. i notice that the day after i usually crave alot of fats. this was one of the reasons i started doing the cleanses in succession, because i knew i couldnt control my diet. my belly is finally starting to not feel like there are rocks in it, and although i am not comfortable, i am not in constant discomfort. i still dont seem to have any bile flow, so maybe my liver just needs a rest now. overall i am feeling alot better in every respect. i was also doing mercury chelation, but i noticed that the liver cleanses dramatically reduced the need to do chelation. so i am convinced there is some sort of relation there. i'm looking for some sort of advice i suppose -- even though im sure most people think i'm a nutjob for doing this many cleanses. my liver area is still swollen, but less so than in the past. the main thing is to get some bile flowing. food seems to react totally different than in the past, so i am able to eat healthier in general, but i still have cravings for high fat foods. in the past this would work to my advantage by moving more stones up and then the cleanses would be more successful, but this isnt working anymore. i wonder if there is anyone here who has experienced something similar. or if there is anyone who noticed a change happening about the time that the liver was almost cleared out. i have a sense this is coming up soon and i'll be in some sort of transition.
