Guest guest
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hi Dale,By what you said you are now able to eat eggs again,if so how often????I never ate a lot of them but I have been afraid to try them now.My situation is urgent as that last attack about killed me-so it seemed.I have been very strict with my diet now and dont touch anything that might trigger that kind of attack.I am 5 days without an attack and that is a record lately.I dont feel I can take any chances right now as I want to keep my gall bladder.I have been adding garlic cloves to my carrot juice.I hope to keep my gall bladder and someday get to where you are where I can eat many things again but with much more moderation while maintaining a healthy diet. This situation encourages that. Thanks for your posts, sincerely,Jim >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Jim; I can tell you that what I went through was as bad as you're dealing with now but that won't necessarily mean you'll be able to get to where I got because of the fact that I was really fortunate to have some extra tools for my modalities of treatments. But to answer your question would you believe I'm actually often getting three eggs, cooked over easy, almost each morning. One really important fact about the eggs I'm eating is that they are truly free range eggs. These babies stand up and really show off the fact that they are also very fresh. So fresh that they are seldom more than a week old at the latest when I get them so their firm in the pan and not laying out. To input to you some of the tools I had at my call were the use of ozone, a zapper, colloidal silver, and colonics, as well as enemas. When I first started flushing I use to get some really large stones but later I found that I not only got fewer but far smaller stones when flushing. You can see in the files of the on-line groups page some that I got out around the third or fourth flush I did. I really think that one I got out on my second flush had to be larger than the one I posted with the five others in that picture. The problem is that I didn't take any pictures to prove I'd actually gotten out stones. Then once you have pictures there is a limited number of people to whom you really want to show them or who really care that they are gallstones or bile stones. I'm really glad to hear that you've been able to get to five days without an attack. I just hope this keeps going and that all you start to get are just the minor discomforts that happen when getting even the good foods stimulating the liver and gallbladder. But, in time that too starts to fade. I've been realizing that I having really been thinking too much about my liver an gallbladder of late. Then too, I've been maintaining a diet that is conducive to keeping the bile flowing. One thing I have to tell you and the group and which is something I really haven't noted before and that is that I have often tested my gallbladder by just eating a much larger amount of fat than what I think I should. But, once again if it was a fat I made sure it was from an essential fatty acid and very saturated like you get with avocados. So, I've often eaten something just for the purpose of making my gallbladder do it's job just to see the next day if it did good. I can usually tell simply by the movement and the look. This has been working pretty good for me for about the last eight month or so but sometimes I do get the warning that something is having to do some extra work and that's when I get back to my veggies and fruit bowls for lunch and most of the dinner plate. It ain't easy, this gallbladder stuff, but I can say from my point of view that I'm very thankful to still have mine in its place. I can't say it will not go bad again but then I've heard of others who have still got theirs after 20 or more years of flushing when doctors had wanted to take it out. There just happens to be something about keeping in you what you started with in this life. Keep up the good work, I know just what it means to be on a very strict diet because I use do have to say no to a lot of great meals and deserts for a long time, or what seemed like a very long time at any rate. Hi Dale, any recomendations on getting a zapper ,ozonator & colloidal silver maker.and these other items.Im serious about this and dont mind buying them but would like to get the right items on my first try???? Thanks again for all your help.Sincerely, >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> As regards the making of colloidal silver and zapping that can be done with the one tool. You can get one by way of Jaguar or others such as the one by Hulda . I got one of mine through another business that stopped selling the one endorsed by Bob Beck. http://www.explorepub.com/articles/beck/hiv_article.html http://www.toolsforhealing.com/Health/Beck/Beck_Info.htm http://www.ioa.com/~dragonfly/bbstuff.html http://www.ioa.com/~dragonfly/home.html http://www.comboweb.com/essiac/silverzap.html shopping http://www.slider.com/Shopping/Health_and_Beauty/Alternative/Energy_Healing_5e.h\ tm Just like the purchase of a zapper/colloidal machine the ozone machine can be perchased by most anyone from a number of differnet suppliers. The trick to all ordering of this equipment is to make sure you understand you are not purchasing for medical reasons but as a researcher and therefore one responsible for how you use the equipment. I had mine made for me so it wasn't a matter of me having to deal with a dealer. However, you may also check with the ozonetherapy and see is Saul Pressman can't help you to find a good unit. http://www.oxytherapy.com/http://www.oxytherapy.com/ http://www.o3zone.com/ http://healingtools.tripod.com/ofs5m.html Dale
Guest guest
Folks, I have never stopped eating eggs by the dozen. I'm going to cook up about a dozen now and eat them with some sausage. The trick for me is I never eat the yellow! I cook them sunny side up and throw away the yellow. My gall bladder seems to be just as happy with that solution as a rat in a cheese factory. The yellow is what contains the cholesterol. Cholesterol is what causes gall stones. The white is mostly albumin and protein. So it doesn't bother me at all. Neither does the four pieces of toast and margarine I eat along with it. Now the other day I fried some pork chops and used flower. An hour or so later I began having moderate gall stone pain in my right side. Apparently flour is not good for me. I know for sure I can't eat Kentucky Fried chicken. That put me in the hospital for a day back at the beginning of the year. -------Original Message------- From: gallstones Date: Sunday, August 25, 2002 16:19:17 gallstones Subject: Re: Them eggs Hi Dale,By what you said you are now able to eat eggs again,if so how often????I never ate a lot of them but I have been afraid to try them now.My situation is urgent as that last attack about killed me-so it seemed.I have been very strict with my diet now and dont touch anything that might trigger that kind of attack.I am 5 days without an attack and that is a record lately.I dont feel I can take any chances right now as I want to keep my gall bladder.I have been adding garlic cloves to my carrot juice.I hope to keep my gall bladder and someday get to where you are where I can eat many things again but with much more moderation while maintaining a healthy diet. This situation encourages that. Thanks for your posts, sincerely,Jim ??>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> > > This really wasn't too hard to find information regarding eggs and some peoples potential to having them trigger a gallbladder attack. It also helps to have a little garlic salt to add that special tang to it when eating eggs. If I eat them scrambled I really like western omelets with onions, bell pepper and lean ham, soft scrambled to maintain biotin. > > Dale > > > > > >
