Guest guest
Sometimes we type and what comes out is something entirely different sounding than what we meant. I typed: I never did meet anyone that benefited from real fasting. However I meant, I never met anyone that did not benefit from real (water) fasting. I emphasize 'Water' because that is the only type I have had exposure to. The people I did meet were seriously ill but none of them were cancer patients. Joe C. Guest guest
My yoga teacher who was a Master Yogi recommended fasting but no more than 3 days of water. He offered mono diets like fruit but only one type per meal, a banana fast for emotion, which was 3 bananas 3 times a day with a cardamon seed after each banana for digestion and elimination of bananas or raw zucchini diet of 7 days. Many other ones too.
