GC, I hope you are reading these emails.

If you can't do IPT and nothing else minimally invasive works, I would consider

a Partial Cystectomy as a last resort..better than removing it totally. They can

take out just the part where the tumor is/was. they usually take some extra

tissue around it, just to make sure they got all the cells. that may work,

asuming that the tumor is in one area, and not several ones all over the

bladder.

I am not advocating this, only as a last resort
