Guest guest
Certain factors that lead to cancer are beyond individual choices and control. There are areas of the world where the environmental conditions induce cancer. Early X-ray exposure, even in the womb for that matter, can induce structural defects that damage DNA/RNA. Gofman did a lengthy scientific study on the effects of X-ray vs. atmospheric background ionizing exposures and concluded that the earlier in life one is exposed, the more likelihood of developing cancer. Chest X-rays were forced upon children in the 50s and 60s for detection of TB. It is now known that leukemia is triggered by these exposures. Your dentist may have contributed as well as it is understood that X-rays are cumulative. Mammograms are well-known to induce the disease and the crushing of the breast tissue can anger and thus stimulate DCIS (Ductal Carcinoma In Situ) {in Situ = in place} that may have otherwise remained dormant for a lifetime. Chemicals can induce it. Fluoride and chlorine are imuno suppressors and even traces of some chemicals are enough to induce the disease. Most of the time, however, it is the environment in which the cell is living that causes structural changes and not primarily prior cellular damage. Dr. Kasper Blond, a British oncologist published a book in 1954 titled 'The Liver and Cancer,' I am reading it now. This work is so far, one of the very best books I have read on this topic. He debunks all of the popular theories such as genetic, structural mutations etc. here is a excerpt from the forward: by E. Stanley Lee, M.S., F.R.C.S - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - " To our generation the nature of cancer is just as tantalizingly obscure and mysterious as was the nature of pus to our medical fore bearers a hundred years ago. Medical thinking of that day was so hidebound by the humoral theories of diseases that, through all the means of discovery were at hand, it took the genius of Pasteur and of Lister to break free and open up the new world of bacteriology and virology. " " Now perhaps history is repeating itself. So many diseases proved to be microbic in origin that our minds have again become enslaved and cannot freely range in other directions. Cellular pathology, too, has cast its spell around us. It may be, as the author of this book maintains, that in our fascinated watching of the cancer cell we forget to view the body as a whole. Thus we fail to recognize that some disordered metabolism, outside of the affected cell or organ, may be the common factor underlying all malignant tumors, enabling the abnormal cancer cell to compete with and eventually outgrow its neighbors. " " Kasper Blond, always an original thinker and a rebel against blind orthodoxy, has for years been interested in the liver and portal system.... he has suggested that relatively minor disorders of the portal system could be the cause of many gastro-intestinal and other diseases. He has worked out this unifying idea in great detail and accuses contemporary medicine of being content to apply separate labels to many local lesions without seeking to discern a common underlying pathology. " " Now, in this present book, Blond brings his same thesis to bear on the problem of malignant disease. His marshalling of facts in the light of this new conception is impressive and intensely interesting. The reader may be fascinated, stimulated, or irritated, but cannot remain indifferent.... " - - - - - - - - - - - - - Other quotes in the book: " The changes in the distribution of primary cancers follow distinct vascular changes corresponding to certain physiological phases of life. " " 90 percent of cancers in adults arising in organs connected with metabolism, in organs drained by the portal vein. " " Post-menopause, characterized by obliteration of porto-caval shunts, obliteration of vasa afferentia of the uterus, cancer of the uterus decreasing, cancer of the breast and of other organs increasing. " " External cancers are caused by the action of chemical and physical irritants on normal tissues that are not the sites of displaced embryonic cells; therefore, there is no reason to believe that cancers of internal organs must be caused by different agents or originate from embryonic stem cell nests. " " Theories of cancer heredity, including the theory..., that cancer arises from disseminated embryonic cells are mistaken. There is no hereditary source of cancer. Cancer is caused by environmental agents. " " CANCER IS A MUTATION OF SOMATIC TISSUES CAUSED BY CHRONIC DAMAGE TO THE LIVER. " The structural changes of the somatic tissues are the result, not the cause, of metabolic disorders. " " Cancer is the morphological manifestation of a metabloic disorder of the central organ of metabolism, the liver, in its co-operation with the other organs of the intestinal tract. " End fo quotes: As you can see, this is an extraordinary work! The book is very rare and my copy came out of a Califormia university via the intra-library exchange system. I intend to scan this book and I will make it available to all those who wish a copy for a nominal fee. I will post when I have it ready. ------------------------------Org Msg-------------------------- > Many people who have successfully beaten cancer have done so by using > strict dietary and lifestyle methodology, the most successful having > been the Gerson, Ann Wigmore and Budwig protocols. You're right. Many people have beaten cancer using one of the above protocols. However, what about those who were using one of those protocols when healthy, and THEN developed cancer?
