Thanks very much Roy ..

[ ] Re: tingling

I can say Prozac can do some really strange stuff to your

body if you don't need it or don't need the amount you're

taking. I foolishly let a doctor put me on it a couple

years ago and I went through all sorts of things from

panic attack I thought was heart attack and rigid muscle

tension, numbness and tingling in the middle of my back

at night, racing heart when walking and/or at night trying

to sleep, not to mention major mood swings. I was told that

Prozac won't do anything to you if your body doesn't need

it, but that is plain wrong. It could be now that you are

healing on the program, you need less of it (Prozac) or

not at all, but if you reduce or go off of it, do it

gradually.

years .. what i will add is that since been on the candida diet the

neutritionist gave me ,7 months ago i must say i have eaten approx 15 potatoes a

day & 2 packets of plain crisps , now i read that pots are not good as they are

so high in carbs ... maybe while my tinglings taking so long to clear //

Prozac, and Prozac is a powerful damaging poison that will interfere, and even

stop healing.

toxins so that could be the reason you are getting tingling and other symptoms.

months quite strict but have been having lots potatoes , crisps , carrotts. been

on suppliments ie c/acid etc etc . been on Bees diet 3 weeks now must say i

have had some quite good days with only mild tingling in my face shoulder ..

they seem to be the only symptoms i have now. how will i know when to start

adding pots again , fruit ie apples , strawberries pears etc .. all i want is

the tingling to go like alot of the members on here .. thanks in advance for

reply

+++Hi Lee. It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been

unhealthy, and for most people nowadays that is since before they were born.

When your immune system is strong again you'll know since you will be perfectly

healthy, with no adverse symptoms whatsoever.

> just keeping you posted bee tingling still bad face & shoulder , i feel

swollen & sore on my shoulder aswell perhaps to long on pc .. been to see by

spinal surgeon, he says its lack of B12 anaemia thats causing my trouble due to

being a vegatarian for a few years ... my b12 was quite low , starting b12

injections next week ...any thoughts on this pls

+++Hi Lee. The B12 injections will help, but in the long-run you should be

eating plenty of eggs and red meats which are high in B12 and also take Vitamin

B Complex as I recommend. All of the B vitamins work together so you need to

take Vitamin B Complex along with getting injections. Of course all of the

supplements I recommend are important, so ensure you are taking the correct

kinds and in the correct doses.

B12 is only absorbed if there is a special factor in the stomach, so improving

digestion is also important - see this article on B12:

I have been finished with Chemo for four years and I still have tingling. I

assume that it will be with me for the rest of my natural life.

Former girlfriend had stage IV breast cancer, and 7 years later still

has nerve damage and tingling plus pain and puffiness in one arm where

they took lymph nodes out. For many its permanent, others may eventually

recover, depends on the cytoxins they used. At least she's has no

recurrance.

The tingling is nerve damage, probably from chemo. If she is fortunate,

it may eventually lessen. The warfarin (Coumadin) is a blood thinner,

and unfortunately the effective dose is not too much less than the

damaging (or possibly fatal) dose. She might ask the doctor for other

blood-thinners (vitamin E, nattokinease, etc..)

> Bee,

>    Hello.  Merry Christmas to you!

+++Hi Suzanne. Thank you.

I have a concern I was hoping you could address.  I have been feeling tingling

in my hands and forearms and lips for the past two weeks.  It has now moved to

my feet and shins (for the past five days) and now all the way up my leg (mostly

right) to my butt.  I've read in previous posts that this could be toxins not

released yet or my nerves waking up.  Is there anything I can do about this and

should I be concerned?

+++The fact that your symptoms are moving around tells me they are due to

toxins, which may be moving around or they are just being mobilized from each of

those areas before they are released. Releasing toxins also wakes up the nerves

so the symptoms can coincide.

All the best, Bee
