Guest guest
Would fish oil be more susceptible to contamination from environmental poisons? I know that it is not recommended to eat fish daily due to these types of poisons being accumulative. Your body stores them....... Maybe it is better to curb any fish related products....I think. Guest guest
Dr. Mercola says during the processing of the fish oil they are able to remove the mercury. He tells people not to eat fish at all because of the mercury, but to take fish oil to get the same benefits. Guest guest
Yes, fish Oil is safe from Mercury. See Dr. Mercola's site where he addresses this issue (I did a search for " Fish Oil Mercury " and this is what came up): http://www.mercola.com/2001/dec/12/fish_oil.htm Naomi > Dr. Mercola says during the processing of the fish oil they are able to remove the mercury.
