He only used the fresh herb.

Used about 2-3 clippings, each 4-5 inces long, per one mug of boiling water.

More than that would get too strong and too bitter.

Did he use fresh or dried leaves? How about the

flowers or seeds, were they used in the tea as well?

How many tablespoons of the leaves did he use per cup?
