Guest guest
I have to tell you that I did that myself and it did not do much for the cleansing. That is just me though. Johanne From: jrrjim Sent: Tuesday, September 30, 2008 8:56 AM Subject: [ ] Liver cleanses and malic acid I keep reading that liver cleanses involve drinking gallons upon gallons of apple juice. However I have also read that the main reason for doing this is to ingest the malic acid in the apple juice, so I was wondering if it might be simpler, easier, and better on the pancreas to just take malic acid pills, or perhaps magnesium malate. Guest guest
jrrjim, I have done a total of 20 liver flushes, so I tried a couple of different types of liver flushes. In my opinion, it is ideal to do your first liver flush with the apple juice. The next liver flushes you can do without apple juice. If you are diabetic, then you have no choice but to do the non-apple juice liver flush. You can do a liver flush with apple juice, and you can do a liver flush without apple juice. My personal protocol with the apple juice: some of my stones are here and some of my brother's stones http://www.curemanual.com/detox-protocols/liver-flush/edwin-2day-apple-juice-fas\ t-liver-flush Hulda 's protocol without apple juice http://www.curemanual.com/detox-protocols/liver-flush/hulda-clark-s-liver-flush-\ method My discussion of what is liver flushing: http://www.curemanual.com/detox-protocols/liver-flush There are many ways to do liver flushing. If you need a liver flush support forum, see http://www.curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=447 There are many other ways to do liver flushing (coke, eggs, vco, etc.) If you look at my detox protocol it is: spinal adjustment first, then colon cleanse, then kidney cleanse, then liver flushing, etc. Good skill, you can do it. It is soooo easy. Edwin jrrjim wrote: > > I keep reading that liver cleanses involve drinking gallons upon > gallons of apple juice. Guest guest
Jim, You can probably skip that whole step entirely. Years ago when we did liver/.gall bladder flushes we did not use apple juice or malic acid. Doing the flush without out that step seems to produce the same results. Also, keep in mind that supplements or medications taken with apple juice are significantly impaired in terms of absorption. This is sort of the opposite of grapefruit juice which facilitates the uptake of many drugs and nutrients. Guest guest
One liver cleanse is to just just squeeze a lemon in ater and drink it every morning..long term Another is to take a little olive oil every night, for 3 days in a row, increasing it each time, as long as you dont get nausea, and the 4th day , take some mild laxative , such as cascara sagrada, etc.. the idea is the oil triggers the galbaladder to get rid of bile ( thus cleansing the liver), and the laxative makes sure you eliminate the bile, otherwise it can be reabsorbed back into the body.. Some use enemas or colonics after the third night. .
