Guest guest
I'm headed to Texas in a few hours. I already checked to see if I could take my ozone generator on board with me and the airport security I visited last week said, " No problem. " I'm so excited I can't even sleep. I'm supposed to leave in two hours and I have had no sleep. Some updates to my protocol: Started injectable mistletoe last week (Tis the season, huh?) Found out from my guy in Texas that Ozone and antioxidants don't go together so I will need to not take anti-oxidants on the days I use Ozone, which can be a problem since I plan to use Ozone everyday. Oh well, I'll get it figured out. Have been feeling better. I got my infrared sauna this week and will be setting it up with the help of a friend. when I get back. I have decided to start Hulda 's routine in three weeks as I have got so much else I am doing. I apologize to those who have been waiting for my detail list on her supplements. I have simply had NO time. Will try to start working on this next week. I am going down to Eugene to see my daughter's partner perform in a Christmas musical. She is the musical director. I started on Cesium Chloride this week with potassium, germanium and selium liquid as well. Ordered from Rainbow Minerals. I decided on this protocol because www.cancertutor.com has it as one of the top tier protocols for Stage IV's and it is relatively cheap. My oncologist agreed to monitor my potassium levels as some people have gone into cardiac arrest due to too high K+ levels. She said she couldn't endorse the product, but at least she's willing to help out here. Turned me down flat on the LPN, but I already have another doctor who will prescibe that. I am having none of the problems I had before with cesium and nausea. But I am eating more and especially right before I take a dose. I take 1.5 grams in the am (1 tablespoon) after eating two tablespoons of almond butter and 1.5 grams in the evening with a raw almond milk/hemp protein/chlorella drink that doesn't taste all that great but it's the only thing I can figure out to eat or drink without overdoing the nuts. Cousens doesn't put a limit on how many nuts or seeds to eat on Phase I, but Pitchford in " Healing With Whole Foods " cautions cancer patients to limit their nuts to 6 almonds a day. I can't do that little because I'd have nothing else to eat on the Phase I diet. But I am limiting the nuts to 1/4 cup soaked nuts and 4 T of hemp protein a day. Total protein comes to about 20 grams. I also get other protein from spinach, etc. And chlorella has 2 grams per 1/2 teaspoon. Too much protein feeds the cancer as it builds tissue. I have found this information from several sources. I am almost 100% perfect on the Phase I diet of Cousens, even though I cheated a tiny bit last Sunday when my daughter and her friend came up from Eugene and I took us all to eat at the Blossoming Lotus Cafe, a Vegan/part Raw cafe. I had something with cashews in it and a little bit of carrot and I think one of the pates had some tamari in it. But otherwise, I have been perfect--well almost. I get annoyed that I can't have any carob yet as I browse thru Cousens' cookbook. And I am waiting for the day when I can have a piece of key lime pie prepared with coconut water and/or their chocolate peanut butter pie (made out of almond butter). There are a few things in the recipes I can't yet have on Phase I. Being 100% raw is effortless this time. I wonder why it was so hard for me before? I even fixed two quiches last week-end for my daughter to take back during exam week at the University of Oregon. O.K. so I did take a tiny little taste, but it wasn't even enough to give a mouse. I just wanted to see what it tasted like, right? Otherwise, very happy with everything right now. Went to Ayurveda Plus tonight to make my daughter happy who has been trying for three years to get me into Ayurvda. I had a Shirdura head oil thing which put me in this blissful place. I am going to be doing some paucha karma detox stuff and some lymphatic massage and detox. The guy is trying to sell me a 2 1/2 hour consultation on teaching me to relax. But I think I'll past on it as it costs $260. The therapies are where it's at though. My daughter took me to a private yoga instructor who taught me how to bring more air into my lungs and it is helping. I begin weekly 1 1/2 hour yoga sessions next week. Will let you know how it went in Texas.
