He's okay so far,, can't get him to go to a Dr yet. Says he's too busy, can't

Hello,

If I was having those symptoms, I would have my heart checked out first. I

realize that he's busy, but he shouldn't put this off.

Dale and everyone,

No he hasn't complained of weakness in the limbs. And Dale the symptoms you

described for gall bladder are much like he has. Bloated, but they also go up

into his chest, then they wrap around the side to his back. I too thought he

should be having them at night, especially because he has been falling asleep

right after he eats a big meal at night . I think its gall bladder brought on

by his extremely stressful job. I will get him into the DR if I can. He's a

stubborn man.

He's going to the Dr,

one way or another!

Bobbie

You tell him, girl. It could also just be stress, but it's nothing to play

around with.

Hope it works out all right.

You should rule out the heart first! This kind of pain is too

serious to be ignored. I trust he will be okay. Let us know,

and if it is gallbladder, we'll help.

Okay, I have been on the list for some time now, but never had gallbladder

problems. Was doing the flush because I was trying to prevent a problem in

the future. My husband isn't into alternative things the way I am, and has

also never been sick.

Yesterday he started having horrible chest pains at work and then he said

they kind of moved around to his middle back. He had it for hours then went

away. He was fine last night, ate a big supper and then went to bed shortly

after. He was fine this morning when he got up, then a little while ago

started having this again. He said its like he can feel pressure building up

and then it subsides, but then it comes back. Does this sound like a gall

bladder problem? It does to me, but he just had to give CPR to one of his

workers last week who had a heart attack on his job. He didn't make it . He

was only 43. So I know he's thinking thats what it is.

Also he is a beer drinker. Does this irritate gallstones?

Thanks,

Bobbie

Bobbie;

The sypmtoms you've discribed really don't sound like gallbladder problems as

much as something else. It sounds more like an anxiety problem that can be

effecting his heart. If you had noted that he's having bloating in the upper

addominal area as well as having pain going from the front side to the back side

then it would be more inline with what would be expected from a gallbladder

attack, but, most of those occur in the night, because when the body is active

during the day there is more capacity for the bile to flow more freely from even

a small amount of exercise that one may be getting.

Was your husband complaining of any weakness in any limbs, and has he acted like

there is something just not the same since attempting to help his fellow

employee? I would simply suggest that he be taken to the doctor and have an

examination done to find out just what may be happening here.

I have to tell you that gallbladder problems are different for each person.

What happens to one, does not necessarily happen to someone else. I have

exactly what you described with your husband and ALL my attacks happen in

the daytime. Terrible bloating and signifigant back pain. It has been

diagnosed gallbladder, and they want to take it out. You really need to

somehow get your Hubby into the Dr and just make sure it is not something else.

Good for you! Keep working on him!

It is common to resist going to the doctor,

especially when you are afraid of what you

might hear, but the alternative may not be

the best, either. Hope he'll go soon! claudia

Bobbie, I sure hope it is " only " gallbladder and I do not mean to

sound rude because I am sure your husband could be a very busy man,

but even busy people aren't too stubborn or busy to die. I know you

can probably only do so much, but I sure hope you can get him in to a

Dr. or other qualified practitioner. Dawn

You really need to get to a doctor. GP would be fine. Not to scare you, but just don't wait any longer.

Thank you all for your advice. I called Loma and they told me to take him to the emergency room. They said his amonia levels were high (144) and he was dehydrated. If not for all of your advice, I propably would have chalked it up to just being perinoid or something. You guys are really great and again, I do appreciate all the advice I can get.
