The following guidelines for posting are listed on the homepage of this list.

It's good to be reminded of them every once in a while.

1 - Be courteous, refrain from personal judgment and arguments

2 - In replying to a post, trim the original message, delete all irrelevant

lines; for a new topic, change the subject line to reflect the new topic

3 - Avoid off-topic subjects

4 - Avoid soliciting

5 - Limit posts to 6 per day

New Notes: Regarding #4, " Avoid soliciting. " Anyone who sends a post that offers

only a small amount of information followed by the words, " email me to learn

more, " might not have their post approved by moderators in the future because it

sounds like a selling technique - soliciting. All members need to share all the

information they have in their message to the group or explain fully the reason

anyone needs to contact them off list.

Members need to be wary of someone who contacts them off-list to give them

advice on health matters. There may be times when this is appropriate but it

should be obvious when a commercial venture seems to be the reason.
