Pat from 'near' Seattle is right. It is the mineral content of the greens that

also allows the body to take in acidic food and neutralize it. Throw the

entire apple in the mix so that the pulp is included, not just the juice.

Straight fruit juice is simply too much of a 'sugar shock' but keep in mind, the

occasional drink is not the issue. Check up on Beets, they are a very special

weapon we can use in certain circumstances.

Hi BJ, keep in mind that carrot, apple and beet are all some of the highest in

sugar. If would be good to balance those with some greens like baby spinach,

kale, parsley, etc.

baths work well too. They help detox & are gentle. I felt really good while I

did them.

prevention and the treatment of cancer and of most other degenerative chronic

diseases. Cancer develops and flourishes in an overly acidic body. Please try to

read about body over-acidity, acidosis, and chronic diseases. Keeping our body

slightly alkaline empowers the body to prevent and better fight cancer and other

chronic diseases.

our diet.

drink a lot of water to flush the acid excess from the body.
