Guest guest
Also, www.westonaprice.org site has some articles about soy and the modern uses of it in the Westernised countries (very different to the Asian uses). Not a surprise that soy is a huge crop in the USA, so markets need to be generated to use the stuff that's not feeding animals (who aren't designed to eat the stuff). Guest guest
It's been said that all soy products should be avoided, period. As mentioned, it doesn't agree with animals so why should we eat it? The only soy product that is OK to consume are fermented soy products. Soy blocks the intake of vital nutrients into the body. Consider it really really bad junk food. Dairy is a much better and safer choice. Guest guest
Is nattokinase o.k.? << The only soy product that is OK to consume are fermented soy products.>> like organic TEMPEH and Soy Essence (www.Jarrow. com/products/ FermentedSoy. htm) I strongly agree w/the above statement (though I think a little cooked organic tofu's not that bad). Guest guest
For some reason, I keep getting confused on this. Is tofu a fermented soy product, or not? I am assuming all the non-fermented soy products include the soy milk and hydrolized soy proteins that show up in " boca burgers " and the like. > > Is nattokinase o.k.? > >

Guest guest
Along with serrapeptase, this is a very good supplement. It brings down inflammation in blood vessels and eats away at clots. It has been a lifesaver for my husband! Guest guest
List Nattokinase dissolves fibrin-based clots and thus prevents strokes. Great product. do not overdo it. Guest guest
Overdo is a combination of over and do. Kidding aside, It depends on your body weight and your diet. If you are a vegetarian you will need less, if heavy meat-eater, more. If you clot rapidly less. Do not use if you have clotting problems. I deal mostly with women and for a 120 Lb. woman I start with two capsules containing 65 mg of 1000 FU potency. Take one with each meal. Above that I want to see blood work. Guest guest
There is a product called 'blockbuster all clear' that you might be interested in: http://www.goodhealthusa.com/pd_blockbuster.cfm Hugs, Rose From: biztekmom I have taken the Serrapeptase as well as Natto however, I have a clotting disorder called Factor V Leiden Mutation so I don't take the Natto that has 'K' in it. Actually, I have started seeing a holistic doc and he uses Natto for some of his patients. I haven't had a chance to actually have a conversation with him about it yet. I'm really excited about having a medical doc who practices holistic and alternative methods of wellness. -Biz
Guest guest
You suggested two a day of 65 mg of 1,000 units of nattok, but then said take at every meal. Could you qualify please?
