I've done a very tiny bit of studying on phytoestrogens and the only thing I've

learned is that not all phytoestrogens are created equal and that most people

are just as confused as we are.

Weak estrogens are good, I think. Stronger estrogens are bad? Perhaps those

from the flaxseedoil2 group can better define it for us.
