Guest guest
Louise, I've done a very tiny bit of studying on phytoestrogens and the only thing I've learned is that not all phytoestrogens are created equal and that most people are just as confused as we are. Weak estrogens are good, I think. Stronger estrogens are bad? Perhaps those from the flaxseedoil2 group can better define it for us. ar > > I've read on the Sloan Kettering website that red clover acts as a phytoestrogen therefore should not be used. However, flaxseed is also a phytoestrogen and we all know it is great for breast cancer. Can anyone shed light on this. Are the allopathic guys skewing stats or is there a real argument in not using sence with the Red Clover. > > Thanks! > > Louise >
