Guest guest
My Doctor did not " admit " that what I passed were GB stones. They would not admit that I could remove them with a flush. She even told me that I had done all that work on the flush for nothing. If everyone can treat themselves naturally, then the Dr. is out of a job. See what I am saying? I had read quite a few testamonials on " horror stories " after people having their GB removed. The main concern was.. severing the bile duct and having permanent damage..constant leaking of bile into body cavity. If I was you...I would post-pone the surgery and do a flush soon. I did a modified juice fast for one day before the flush, only having a apple and a gallon of apple juice. Guest guest
, Dr.s will not tell you about this option because they don't beleive it works. My own Dr told me of a friend of his that does these " silly cleanses " and how he does them whenever he has gb pain. I asked him if he still has his gb. He sheepishly told me yes, " but it's not because of the cleanses. " 1. I don't have diarrhea and from my reading, most don't, but I do know one person and yes, it is horrible. I have been experiencing a lot of gas after certain meals, which is very embarassing, and I still have not been able to figure out which foods exactly are the culprit. 3. Don't expect your Dr to be helpful about options. Cleansing and fasting are great options. Read everything you can on www.curezone.com/gallstones You may be one of the lucky people who does one or two cleanses and tweaks their diet and never has another problem. I envy those people. 4. If you want ongoing weight loss, cleansing the liver will do it. WHile I did not save mine after what I consider Herculean efforts, I did lose 35 stubborn pounds that I could not before. 5. Gallbladder pain after surgery--the gas is awful! It took me a full week not to have some kind of pain (you can read my post surgery post if you look in the archives the last week of July) It is very difficult to get up an down or to walk long distances for several weeks. Also I had tenderness in my liver for several weeks as the surgeon has to actually disconnect the gallbladder from the liver. 6. You can avoid some of the discomfort from the gas by laying flat. It will help it dissipate more, but noone told me this. It is awful! 7. At first, I would never have thought that I would ever have the surgery. I was so sure I would be successful. At the end, when my attacks were almost daily, and the pain was so unbearable, I finally just wore down. I was so sick. I don't think my gb was very inflamed or infected, but it was full of stones, and they were determined to give me horrendous pain. I finally succumbed. For the most part I am doing great, but you are not obligated to surgery until you are unconscious and under the knife. Reschedule for two months if you are not chronic and feel you are up to it. Maybe you will be successful like several in this group. Good luck with it. As Naomi says, it is your health and you are the one responsible for it. Dawn > > 1.
