Guest guest
ACHH is fine, but it is sort of a quasi mainstream version of a mushroom complex. It is often quite expensive for what you get. I maintain that the ABM (agaricus blazei) supplements are generally superior and have a decent track record for use in Japan. I also believe it is prudent to cover the bases a little more and add another formula that derives from various species of " shrooms " . I also agree that the natural complexes are better than the extracted versions of beta glucan that are out there. In addition I think it is prudent to add plant derived immune boosters as well as the fungi. Nerium oleander (prosessed) is perfect for this. Another good addition for the immune sugars is aloe vera There are still a lot of substances in these organic complexes that we don't know about yet. Therefore it is best to take them in a whole form.
