Holy Mushrooms Batman, another 'shroom mixture

Okay, okay, so there's a guy at the local health food store who is very

knowledgable about alternative cancer cures -- to the point of where he

works with local oncologists...

And he's pushing yet another mushroom mixturem -- AHCC. He says it is

the best.

A search online says that there is some American mixture (versus

Japanese) that is better than ACHH or MGN (yet another mixture I've

never heard of) or beta 1-3D glucan. This site really slams beta 1-3D

glucan, saying that there are no human clinical trials with yeast-based

beta glucan, therefore it is useless.

But the promoters of beta 1-3D glucan say it is by far the best.

Included in these promoters is Vitamin Research Products, who I have a

lot of respect in. They have multiple scientific articles online

discussing the immune boosting effects of beta 1-3D glucan. They say

it is the best.

At this point I am totally confused.
