Guest guest
Arm and a leg type would be the Vitamix. I love it and it's an awesome tool, but expensive. If I were looking for something less expensive I would go with an Osterizer. They're awesome little machines, too. Love, Melinda ) Blenders Hi Everyone, Do any of you know of a good blender for smoothies that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? One that can crush ice and frozen fruit:-) Thanks! Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have been off the post list as I mad a change in my email and wasn't getting the newsletters. I am back on!! A great blender is the magic bullet!! I use mine for frozen ice, frozen fruit and get a really thick shake..I believe they now have a blender attachment for it. I can't recommend that enough!! How is everyone. I was on Rashelle " store " site and reading about all of your accomplishments. Wanda, I could not believe 88 pounds!! Awesome. I remember you had such a hard time too,. I am trying to see if my brother can do this program too. I sent Rashelle a note. He has COPD and I think the breathing exercises would help him. I can't wait to hear from Rashelle. Any of you know anyone that the breathing exercises have helped? It makes sense to me it would but then again, that is a serious condition!! I am starting again. I reinjured my shoulder and have tendonitis again so I can't do the bands. I think when my PT is doing her massage and friction on the tendon, if I deep breathe, it should bring oxygen to the point and maybe it will help heal it sooner. I also have to do some exercises to strengthen the core as she will be having me do the pilates to strengthen the shoulder..I can't wait. I don't know of any exercises for the low back except the pelvic tilts. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know. I'm digging out my video's until I can get the dvd's... Hope all is well with all of you. It was great to read all of your success stories. Ellen **************A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. Guest guest
More than likely, it will be fine, but make sure you understand the return policy and warrenty. I've had my VitaMix for 8 years and really only make smoothies in it. I used to try soups and salad dressings, but I don't like soup and I prefer olive oil and lemon juice to fancy dressings. I haven't had any trouble with my VitaMix. I prefer to use a food processor for the heavy duty stuff. Mainly because getting the mixtures out of the vitamix is a pain. I would love to get rid of excess kitchen appliances, but it just isn't going to happen. I will never get rid of the coffee grinder for the smaller items, the food processor for the bigger items, and the VitaMix for the blending. I'm toying with the idea of selling my juicer since I never use it... ar > > I just purchased a demo machine and after reading this comment, I wonder if > it was such a good deal. Guest guest
I have frequently used a blender with no ill effect. Just don't put it over the ICD. --------------------You are not defeated when you lose. You are defeated when you quit. --o Coelho Exercise is a dirty word... I want to get one of those small ones kind of like the magic bullet and do my own smoothies and stuff and I didn't know if they were an issue or not. THanks.
