Hi All,

This is my first post and I joined this group about a week ago. A friend turned

me on to Dr. Schulze and his products about a year ago. I've done his

intestinal cleanse twice now and been using the Superfood for most of the last

year. I finally decided it was time to do the 5-day detox & liver cleanse. I'm

on the 2nd day, which is the first day of a 3 day juice/tea/water fast. I've

never fasted (on purpose!) before. I almost wish I was out in the woods

somewhere, because being at home, I have all this great food sitting around! I'm

not really tempted to eat it, but I'm hungry and it looks good. I don't eat much

red meat, but someone was cooking a steak tonight and the aroma wafted in

through the window and it smelled SO good.

Besides all that, I'm curious if there are others on this list who have also

done the Schulze liver cleanse. It seems most are doing the Dr. style,

which I may try in the future. Also, I have questions about fasting that maybe

some of you out there could help me with. Is it okay to exercise (cardio) during

a fast, or should I lay low a much as possible? I'm not pooping, it makes sense

since I'm not eating anything, but is it normal? Can someone explain (or point

me to a book/website) the physiological effects of fasting?

Thank you, I look forward to your replies.
