I like that those are in pill form!!! I hate having to mix the packets with

orange juice because I can't take as much throughout the day because I don't

want to drink orange juice all day. But are the pills just as potent? It says

one equals 3000mg, which is good. At $20 for 90, you can take 3 a day, that's

very affordable!

Okay, I got my bottle of liposomal vit c pills, and I like them so far. They're

huge though, but they're softgels so they go down easily.

I don't know, could be my mind playing tricks on me, but I took one last night

before bed and I swear I didn't sweat as much and I woke up feeling less

congested than usual. The congestion though, I believe, is due to me sweating

overnight - you know how being damp for a long time can make you feel cold-like

symptoms.

The bottle recommends 2-3 per day so I'm going to see how I feel. I like it

much better than having to mix the other stuff in juice, and its MUCH cheaper at

about $20 for 90 capsules. Fast delivery too! Thanks for the tip!
