Guest guest
LOL gotta look up my blood type. Do best with meat and veggies. An all fruit meal makes me vomit. Can't eat cereal (sugared) in the morning on an empty stomach. Same reaction. Have to eat every couple hours or same thing. Don't really care for dairy. Ditto sweets. Rarely eat them. Carbs can take them or leave them. Guest guest
Leonard, Thank you for being honest! Before I had the opportunity to learn better tools, I would have clung onto this opinion and it could have cost me my life! It came close a few times while I kept learning and trying... It brings tears to my eyes everytime I think about the struggle. Bless you, Johanne From: Leonard Sent: Wednesday, December 17, 2008 9:38 AM Subject: [ ] Re: Is there a " do it yourself " metabolic test?
