Guest guest
I'm convinced hyperthermia is effective. I've tried the BSD machine. I think you do better with a heat bag. My opinion. I can get it hotter and keep the heat on longer with a bag filled with rock salt heated in a crock pot. I've tried the microwave bags and the electric bags. The grain filled bags don't hold the heat long enough and the grain ultimately gets roasted if you heat them up several times/day. The BSD machine reaches a certain temperature and can hold it for a long time, but there just aren't enough in the country and most docs want to do hyperthermia as and adjunct to radiation and chemo, so if you choose NOT to do those things, you're not going to get access to a BSD machine anyway. Guest guest
what is a bsd machine? have there been any tests done with hypothermia and brain tumors or isit basically for things closer to the outsideof the body? ____________________________________
Guest guest
The best way to find out about a subject that involves 'equipment' and what it is claimed to be able to do, is to go to the home site or sites that are involved. Why get information from a third party that might not be accurate? Usually questions are answered on these sites such as the applicable conditions treated. Once you know the basics, you can then ask people on the list about their experiences and opinions. Joe C. Guest guest
Y, Would you be kind enough to tell us how to do the rock protocol in the crock pot, please. Thanks. > > I'm convinced hyperthermia is effective. I've tried the BSD machine. I think you do better with a heat bag. My opinion. Guest guest
Since I have a blood cancer, multiple myeloma, I practice whole-body hyperthermia. I think my weekly saunas have helped me stay in complete remission for over 11 years now. Guest guest
Hi : This is good to know. I bought Barb a carbon far infrared sauna and she has been using this 2 to 3 times per week. It is supposed to detox, alkalize, and cancer supposedly dies at 107 degrees. The far infrared heats the body from the inside. It also has a oxygen maker inside which is also supposed to kill cancer. I am thinking of adding a vitamin D lamp inside as well, maybe a reptile lamp.  Vic  ________________________________ From: Emerson <daviddecemerson@...> Sent: Mon, September 27, 2010 8:53:28 AM Subject: [ ] Re: Hypothermia Making Progress In Texas  Since I have a blood cancer, multiple myeloma, I practice whole-body hyperthermia. Guest guest
Hi Vic- Yes, whole body hyperthermia also provides detoxification- also, I just find it relaxing. I got the figure of 102 degrees from the plurb on wikipedia- it takes me 30 minutes in the sauna to get my internal body temp up to 102- a far infrared sauna may work better. My best to Barb- Emerson Hi : This is good to know. I bought Barb a carbon far infrared sauna and she has been using this 2 to 3 times per week. Guest guest
Hi : I got mine at Lux Spa. They have two types. Ceramic and carbon. The carbon is supposed to be more effective. I spoke with the owner of the company and he said to get the carbon as it works better for cancer. It is the latest technology from Japan and is supposed to penetrate the body better. The rays are identical to the sun.  It took me about 6 or 7 hours to put it together and I am handy. They do offer installation for a fee. There is a ionizer inside which produces oxygen as well. Barb uses this 3 to 4 times per week for 40 minutes with the temp set at 125 to 130.  She lets it warm up for 10 minutes first, then spends about 30 minutes inside. She drinks electrolyte water before hand and after. A bit of Celtic sea salt will help to prevent salt depletion. Shower before hand without soap to wash off any chemicals off your body, (deodorants, hair spray, make up, etc) and 15 minutes after, again without soap to wash off the toxins. Do not take anything inside like plastic or books, both can off gas. Remove metal , earrings, watches and so forth. Barb puts on a bathing suit to expose as much skin as possible. The rays do not produce a sun tan or burn the skin. We started out slow ( lower temps and shorter time spent inside) to see how Barbs body responds and worked up to what she is doing now. She did not have any side effects other than some toxins comming out. I use it too but not as much. To save money I asked for either a close out model or a scratch and dent model. I got one that had a scratch but I never did find it. Click the thumbnails to view what it looks like outside and inside. I got it here, be sure to read the detox e book they send you before hand. The link says ceramic but it is a carbon for sure. http://www.luxspas.com/2010-elite-201-ceramic/ I have also heard good things about the Bio Mat, maybe someone who has one and has had success can comment on this. I do not know enough about it to comment one way or the other. It too makes far infrared rays and I think there is a smaller model like a heating pad.  Watch the entire vid, there is some good info. Keep in mind they are selling their product too, but the info is good. http://www.bio-mat.com/biomatvideo.html A email friend of mine, Nenah Sylver, PhD, did 12 years of research on both infrared and Rife. She has a book on infrared if you are interested. I have not read the book yet but she did give me a few pointers. Keep in mind she too is selling something, but the info is good. http://nt1.adventuresports.com/product/backbody/saunas.html The Holistic Handbook of Sauna Therapy, Nenah Sylver, PhD, The Center for Frequency, P.O. Guest guest
Hi ; The latest research seems to be 104 to 107 degrees. The far infrared is suppose to detox and alkalize as well. Alkalinity is important for cancer. Thanks Vic Emerson wrote: > > Hi Vic- > Yes, whole body hyperthermia also provides detoxification- also, I > just find it relaxing.
