Hi ,

I so admire you and your fight.

And I wanted to say that if you have the energy for a 64 hour shift and

hiking in the cold and snow, then you are way ahead of me. I have been

living with chronic exhaustion for 10 years or so. I'm envious.

I can't imagine someone with your energy being close to the end of their

life.

So, you just keep moving forward, isn't that all anyone can do?

I think that concentrating on dealing with the estrogen in your body is

a good thing.

All my best,

ar

Thanks Arlyn! When I came up the hill yesterday I could feel it! But the snow

was also deep so it was more a struggle the second time.

I have so much to do yet in my life. I was also in the middle of producing a

film, which I had filmed all over the country---30 states to be exact---when I

got the re-diagnosis.

Hi ,

I think you've told me about your film, I can't remember. I used to

work as a production manager and at one time, looked at working in film.

But I decided to stick to live entertainment. I'm currently working as

a stage manager at Disney. I miss production management as it was more

up my alley.

It would be great if we could work together to get your film finished.

But I'm in Florida! I don't think I can be of much help.

I don't accept my death. I think I have just been feeling overwhelmed with the

You live in one of the most beautiful places in the US. I would

advise not moving to Florida! All the fresh air and mountain living

will help you tremendously.

You might also try some Klamath Lake blue green algae! :)

, I would highly suggest Dr Chi's Myomin ... a Chinese herb that acts as a

combination of tamoxifen and femara combined. It not only is an estrogen

blocker but an

aromatase inhibitor. I started it about a week ago for my estrogen-driven

stuff. I also

ordered another product of his called AngioStop which is an anti-angiogenesis

Chinese

herb. TBD if it will help me or not but just thought I'd share with you.

I was on the Angiostop before. I went into remission for a few years with

multiple mets to the lungs in 2006. I have no idea if it was the Myomen, the

Femara or the Angiostop. My naturopath put me on it. I quit taking it after I

went into remission. I stayed on the Femara. I thought maybe I would be doing

too much if I added the Myomen. but here's to YES, I will order it.

As my alternative doc told me today, the ANGELS are watching.

She is writing me a prescription for LDN, YEAH!!!!!!!

Thank you .

I had a tumor next to my heart that they couldn't radiate because of

the proximity to my heart. I then quit chemo and started Budwig and am

doing great these past 1-1/2 years.

Do you have an infrared sauna? They are really good for metabolising

and getting rid of excess estrogen. They are great for detoxifying, and

a lot of estrogen problems are caused or made worse by toxins that

mimic estrogens.

When I was dx'd this song came on and became my mantra. Granted the

song was written about something a little different but the words apply.

Life Is Beautiful lyrics

You can't quit until you try

You can't live until you die

You can't learn to tell the truth

Until you learn to lie

You can't breathe until you choke

You gotta laugh when you're the joke

There's nothing like a funeral to make you feel alive

Just open your eyes

Just open your eyes

And see that life is beautiful.

Will you swear on your life,

That no one will cry at my funeral?

I know some things that you don't

I've done things that you won't

There's nothing like a trail of blood

to find your way back home

I was waiting for my hearse

What came next was so much worse

It took a funeral to make me feel alive

There was also another one from a different band. Songs are my poetry.

Wow! I had to re-read the words you wrote. I thought I was reading the words I

wrote earlier this week.

So, the Budwig Protocol keeps coming to me. I have to say however that I will

not follow the no-supplements deal. I have invested a lot of money that just

arrived today---about $850 plus another $700 for the whey and I am spent out.

I will have to give it some thought. It has never made sense to me and it has

never appealed to me, but I will keep and open mind. I know several others are

doing Budwig and still doing lots of supplements.

I DO have an infrared sauna and I love it. I am going to get in there in a

little bit and hit the spots where my doc used the black marker to pinpoint the

tumors. He told me today that I shouldn't even worry about the ones that are 5

mm - 8mm (three of these). The biggest is the 3.5 cm x 1.9 cm. He tried to tell

me on Tuesday that it was " only " the  size of a grape after I exclaimed that is

was " huge " after seeing it on the CT scan film. I took a grape out from my job

and brought it home with me to play with. A grape is a fair size. He also told

me today that the tumor is not on the heart, but abuts the heart sac. That's

close enough for me!! He said that I had done well on Femara and maybe give it

time on the Faslodex. Of course, I am doing a thousand other things as well.

I am glad you are doing well. Please stay in touch.

, I enjoyed my time on the Budwig protocol, but it turned out that it

didn't work well for me and now I know why ... cottage cheese, pineapple,

papaya, and buckwheat all severely inflame my gut, so unfortunately I was

spinning my wheels in the mud with that particular

protocol. So, I would just say that it would behoove you to consider a food

allergy test before you commit to Budwig. If you're not allergic to cottage

cheese, it would be an awesome choice for you!
