Guest guest
Glutathione alone would not cure cancer, I would imagine. The theory is (and this is just my theory, along with a few other people) is that if mitochondria in cancer cells can be restored to healthy functioning, they will, sooner or later, cause aptosis to occur in those cancer cells. So a theoretical approach is to restore mitochondrial health. This involves increasing glutathione levels via various mechanisms, including whey powder, selenium, alpha lipoic acid, coffee enemas, and other supplements. It might also involve using the drug DCA, although this drug has shown mixed results. I also think it involves getting cells to resperate normally again, which means using the FO/CC mix, and avoiding bad oils like the plague. I would also take other approaches along with the mitochondrial approach, including directly killing cells via artemisinin, oleander, bloodroot, increasing oxygenation, which includes exercise, alkalizing the system, coenzyme Q10, and possibly other approaches, Increasing the immune system via mushrooms, beta glucan, etc. Increasing endorphin levels, via LDN, exercise, meditation, and laughter. > > You know, I firmly believe that a healthy lifestyle and a breakthrough > in any type of healing is a multi-facet approach. > > I never believed that one product will cute you of anything. Guest guest
, FO/CC is the abreviation of the Budwig mixture - Flaxseed Oil and Cottage Cheese. ar On Fri, 19 Dec 2008 10:29:38 -0800 (PST), " Dorr " <dorrnancy@...> said: > Jim, > > What is FO/CC? > > > -- Arlyn Grant arlynsg@... Guest guest
When I was a teen-ager in high school, I became anoxeric and would only eat cottage cheese per Dr. Atkins. I have never been able to eat cottage cheese since. nancy
Guest guest
Hi , I absolutely hate cottage cheese! But, I have to say, I loved the Budwig mixture. When you mix it with the flaxseed oil and honey and cinnamon and fruit, it's yummy!!! And if you don't like cottage cheese, you can use drained yogurt. I switched to yogurt because I was having trouble with all the dairy. Unfortunately, the yogurt didn't help and I had to give up the mixture. But, trust me, it's yummy. ar On Fri, 19 Dec 2008 10:37:39 -0800 (PST), " Dorr " <dorrnancy@...> said: > When I was a teen-ager in high school, I became anoxeric and would only > eat cottage cheese per Dr. Atkins. > > I have never been able to eat cottage cheese since. > > nancy > > > ------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
NO, I am not going to go off my 100% raw foods anymore then I have to. I am bending the rules ONLY because I want to target the anti-estrogenic herb thing and because the only safe way to get the Omega 6's in me is fish oil. Both flax and chia seeds I understand are estrogen-promoters per my oncologist's advice and my own research. But I do support your taking it. Dairy products are addictive for me. The creamy taste is delicious. This is why I need to avoid it. I have been known to go through a 5# block of cheese in a week. Guest guest
Tsk tsk tsk... haven't been doing your homework. Flaxseed oil / cottage cheese -- mixed together per the Budwig recommendation, with 2 parts cc to 1 part FO, mixed with a stick blender or other similar device until the FO and CC is bonded together. > > Jim, > > What is FO/CC? > > >
Guest guest
The Budwig FO/CC mix doesn't taste like cottage cheese. If you add garlic, it tastes like garlic dip (to me). If you add sweet stuff, e.g., cocoa and stevia, it tastes a bit like pudding! You can make it taste okay. > > When I was a teen-ager in high school, I became anoxeric and would only eat cottage cheese per Dr. Atkins. > > I have never been able to eat cottage cheese since. > > nancy >
Guest guest
What is the texture like? I am an aspie and have problems with eating weird textures. Can't eat jello with fruit in it. Has to be plain etc. And I do mean can't. Certain textures make the gag reflex rear it's ugly head in a most unpleasant way.
