Guest guest
Donna - years ago I got into the osteopenia (sp?) phase - the gray area. My doctor did not want me to take anything on the market for the bone loss - he said they weren't time tested and had worse side effects in the long run. So I researched and found out that in Japan, I think it was, the national treatment for osteoporosis was Vitamin K. I ordered Bone meal and Dolomite and also Vit. K and took for 3 months - then they ran the scans again - I was reversing it! That is all I added extra to my normal routine. Don't know if this might work for you or not, but it did for me - maybe worth a try? best wishes
