On a full stomach to prevent upset. I am curious as to what and how

you are using it. I have a bunch I grow here along with other

medicinal plants. I do know you use the roots and can brew it into a tea.

I think she's on this list..she's the herbalist who makes the black salve and

has been working with it forever just about..she walked me through the steps

to help my dog Flurry with her fibrosarcoma. If she's not on this list she's

on the cures for cancer one.
