Guest guest
Susie, You said what I've been thinking for some time. Not just Ira, but everyone who wants to learn needs to apply the common sense test to everything they hear. This goes a long way toward sorting out the good from the bad information. Bad info can come from the establishment and the alternative. Anyone who depends completely on one source of information is going to be missing out. Anyone that doesn't understand that at least some raw foods in our daily diet will benefit us needs more common sense and less technical arguments.
