I would like to ask you about food allergy testing. 20 years ago, I had a bad reaction to Ceclor - a synthetic antibiotic, I believe. At that time, and for 13 years after, I tested allergic to: strawberries, soy, corn, chocolate, nuts, peanuts, zucchini, fish, shellfish, oranges, and grapefruit. I eliminated all these foods from my diet. (I have never eaten fish or shellfish except for a bite here and there) And that ended my vegetarianism for many years. Once I went back to eating meat, I became unhealthy. When I became a veg raw foodist seven years ago, I was in the process of changing allergists. I had been receiving weekly shots for years due to my debilitating outdoor allergies. 9 months into the diet, I was retested for all my allergies and it seems that they all disappeared. I had heard that going raw food veg will cure a person of their allergies, but I didn't expect it to actually happen. I then began eating all the fruit and veggies I couldn't before and seemed to have no problem. But now, I wonder. I have avoided corn and soy as the allergic reactions were very bad. But I wonder if I should be avoiding the other foods even though I am no longer allergic. The only food I routinely have on the list is strawberries. ar -- Arlyn Grant arlynsg@... Guest guest
Interesting. I am a mixed type should eat slightly less than half protein with a bit more fruits and veggies. A good mix. BTW my chiro will do allergy testing. Should be interesting to see what turns up. Guest guest
yes, make sure that you merge the two lists. Mixed types are protein for a while and then switch. It could be meal to meal but often it is a few days of each. Johanne From: cheryl Sent: Thursday, December 18, 2008 5:59 PM Subject: [ ] Re: Johanne - Food allergy testing Interesting. Guest guest
Most soy and corn here are gmos loaded with bacteria, virus, etc. Maybe that is why your body reacts negatively, it could not identify the pathogens. I used to suffer so much from mold, cypress, oak, house dust allergies accompanied by asthma at times. I took colloidal silver orally and sprayed my nostrils with it as well, and to my surprise, the allergy is almost completely gone. My body seems to overcome these allergens now but not yet completely. .
Guest guest
Hi What brand of Colloidal Sliver do you use? Guest guest
I use Utopia as i understand from some users that there are only 2 genuinely safe silver makers, Utopia and Mesosilver. I also bought the latest silver generator from Utopia. It makes better ionic/colloidal silver than other machines. It makes safe silver and it gives more colloidal silver than other generators. Most other generators have mostly ionic maybe only 10-15% colloidal. I make my own using this machine and i have not turned blue.
