Guest guest
Anne, here is the list of improvements brought on by the liver cleanse *AND* a total change of diet. More raw foods, lots of olive oil and nuts, no dairy, no meat at the last. Eczema, weak adrenals, chronic fatigue, constipation, bad adult acne, loss of 35 pounds, increased energy. Those are the main ones I can think of. Oh and I don't know what my cholesterol was before, but the day before surgery it was 115. I have made some allowances in my diet, but am planning on doing a raw day once a week and keeping my meat and dairy low. Also staying away from processed fats. On the one hand, you found increased energy. Your loss of weight could be either good or bad, depending on your previous weight and your needs and desires. But contracting eczema, weak adrenals, chronic fatigue, constipation and bad adult acne doesn't sound like a positive improvement. --------------------------- IRA L. Guest guest
Hi, I'd like to respond by saying that the eczema, maybe the other symptoms as well, may be temporary side effects of the liver cleanse. Toxins can leave the body through the skin; at least that's what I've read in books like: Healing Psoriasis, by Dr. Pagano. Just a thought. Guest guest
Ira, I am usually a stickler for proper grammer and expression, but sometimes get sloppy. All of the bad conditions I mentioned were improved or completely went away. And in my case loss of 30 pounds was a good thing. I don't understand why you have to question almost everything.
