One of my best fiend had a PSA of 8,5

They want to rush him into a biopsy . and his doc is a maniac surgeon...

What will be your strategy to fix his PSA.

He is willing to go on the Spectrum diet of Dean Ornish but don't want to give

up alcohol .. He want to keep his intake to few glass of wine a day.

Also he is on the usual medication for a 60 years old on the SAD diet ..

meds for cholesterol,diabetes, blood pressure ..

What do you recommend ?
