Guest guest
e - I did a Thermogram last year in Feb. and had NO sign of any tumors. My tumor was caused by an accident of walking into a " No parking " sign, and the corner of the sign hit hard into my left breast, right above the left nipple. Then in Oct. last year during a routine exam a doctor said a lump in that exact spot felt very much like a cancer tumor (which was verified by a core biopsy, ultrasound and MRI). I asked my ND whether I should get another Thermogram at this time, but we decided since my tumor is obviously still there (can feel it easily) that there would be no need for that at this time. So I just get ultrasounds to determine whether it's getting smaller or not, which it is. I have to pay for the Thermogram out of my pocket as with everything I get ordered through my ND (because Medicare unfortunately won't pay for anything an ND orders), so for now I won't get another one, but later on down the road I will. Thermograms are done right at the clinic where I see two ND's. Guest guest
Thank you Pat for clarifying. yes, Ultrasounds would be great but the Big pharma people want it to be done their way. Mammogram then if necessary, ultrasound.. no other way! If you skip the steps, no coverage. The thermogram will be out of my pocket indeed. But no rads and no pain. e xo " health13gal " <healthlady2@...> wrote: > > e - I did a Thermogram last year in Feb. and had NO sign of any tumors.
