Guest guest
Thought I'd add a little info to clear up the questions that I remember. I am planning on doing my tenth flush this Wed. I have tried different methods for easing pain. Sometimes they have worked, somtimes not. Drinking ES during an attack, OO/GF, hot cold showers (that was the best in my opinion, but hope I don't get to test it again). My choice by far is demerol and a hot bath. My diet right now is mostly fruits veggies and/or their juices. Yesterday when we were in Mesa again I had a salad and did not take off the cheese. No attack, yeah! I think my thought of having a little olive oil with each meal, will be a help to me. (Yes, I belive in listening to my body or inner voice) I will not be eating cheese on a regular basis, just wanted to test. I try to eat an avacado every day and plenty of olive oil. I am coming more to the thought that I should have no meat until I get through this. I have salmon on hand that I will have now and then. I use Ezekial bread and tortillas for my grains. I started out with the parasite cleanse and many liver/gb herbs--peppermint, milk thistle, dandelion, chamomile...When a colic attack landed me in ER, I started the cleanses. Since then I have regularly taken Beta-TCP and just added magnesium citrate. I take Barleygreem Just Carrots, and Redibeets, several time a week. I am also taking a whole host of things for CFS, but since I feel so wonderful because of all my dietary changes, I am temporarily going off all of those, because I can only do so much. My total focus is keeping my gb. I go to a chiropracter regularly. There I said it. My thought is that making a sweeping generalization of MDs or Chiropracters is silly. There are hucksters, snake oil salesman, in both professions. There are those in it just for the money. Then there are true seekers of health in both professions. I don't think one needs a degree to be intelligent or a healer. I will continue to use what is available to me and certainly include divine direction in all of it. I am asking in prayer, that God will lead me to what might be out there to save my gb. I believe our body can and does regenerate frequently. I know it can. I just feel like I have not found the missing key for me. Hope I can find it in time. I am currently doing Dr. s colon cleanse, liver/gb cleanse, blood cleanse, and kidney cleanse. When I run out of those products I plan on replacing them with Dr. Shulze formulas and will do the 5 day cleanse. Have done the 3 day cleanse once. I will look up Dr. Saul and see if he has anything to offer. I am open to truth from any source, then I try to find others who concur and dive in in faith. It helps me to know if they are having results on real people which can be hard to substantiate. Anyway, thanks for the well wishing. Oh, I have insurance, but have to pay 30%. If I go to ER during attack, the bill will be 1500$. I can only afford the 30% so often. So, I kind of need to find a new Dr and have him order me a new ultrasound. I don't know that my current one will as he thinks I should have the gb out period. I appreciate the support. Just knowing there are others out there cheering and well-wishing and going through the same thing helps. I will also check out lithrotripsy. That is certainly my first MEDICAL choice. Dawn And a question. Haha couldn't have a post from me without. Looking at the drawings of gall bladder, I am wondering if at some point in a cleanse it would be more beneficial to lay on the left side. It seems like gravity would help encourage the stones to come out a little more. I actually even thought that standing on the head seems like a good idea, but those days are over for me. What are the benefits of right side or back, and at what point might it be good to switch to the left side? Any takers?
Guest guest
Hi, Thanks for your thoughtful and insightful post. Glad to hear someone say they like their chiropractor! Along with your statement, " I don't think one needs a degree to be intelligent or a healer, " I'd like to add the thought that a degree or higher education does not necessarily yield wisdom. As to your question about laying on the left side, there has been some discussion in the past about it. From what I remember, Dale posted that laying on the left side may be conducive to yielding the harder, more dense type gallstones during the liver cleanse.
