Guest guest
I am not wanting to upset anyone here but the only way you will alkalize your body is to know your metabolic type. If you are a carb-eater, then vegetables and fruits will be awesome however, if you are a protein-type, they will further acidify your system. For the meat-eaters, protein actually alkalize them. I have tested this out over and over again and am always so surprised. My husband tried to make juicing his thing because it was mine for so long but he lost too much weight and got so so sick. He is a meat-eater. There is a free test online that you can do to figure this out but if you want to fine-tune, then you need the more advanced testing. That is what I did years ago and now I am a metabolic typing advisor. When one does this and does not fight cancer, it is awesome. The ones I help with depression, weight, parkinsons, etc. do so well it is incredible. But.....with cancer.....you need to make changes. You need to KNOW that the juices you are drinking are ok for your body. When you are parasympathetic for example, you need to stay off all starchy veggies and fruits (basically all fruits), that does not leave much to juice from. The starches will raise your blood sugar and thus feeds that cancer like candy. If you are a carb-eater generally, all juices will be fine BUT.....testing for food allergies is the key! There are many drinks out there that have a mix of greens and many times there is broccoli, wheat grass etc. It is not unusual to find one of those on the reactive list on a food allergy test. That means, your small and large intestines will inflame to protect itself from this food. So you will be drinking a healthy juice but your body will reject it and you will NEVER know that unless you get your saliva test on the mucosal barrier function. So from my point of view, I think taking care of your digestive tract is vital to your recovery. Guest guest
Hello, I just ordered the Berry Greens, as I saw it listed on someone's page as part of his anti-cancer arsensal. The fact that the greens in this formula are fermented will make it acidic. I have been re-reading Anne Wigmore's work, the first pioneer of fermented foods and living foods in the U.S. She helped cure many people of cancer and A.I.D.S. with raw and fermented foods. I can't advise you of what to do. But I am going to start my Berry Greens soon when they arrive from www.iherb.com From: thresaaguayo28 <aguayot@...> Subject: [ ] Are my superfood supplements alkalizing or acidic? I know that some food are acidic before digestion but after digestion takes place they are alkalizing to the body.
