Yes, Mercola talks about one type of this. He re-invented the wheel here and

because he is so new at this (Bill Wolcott the founder has done this for 30

years) I am not trusting him totally. He has good information to glean from

though.

How can I find out what " food type " I am? I know Mercola talks about it, but

I don't know how you figure out which type you are.
