To hark back to an earlier debate . . .

My understanding is that water reaches the bloodstream through osmosis.

For water to be absorbed it requires sufficient osmotic pressure. Some

mineralisation is required for this.

I also have read of cell absorption being affected by water molecule

'clustering'. Smaller clusters of H2O more easily hydrate cells. Is there

good evidence for this?
