Guest guest
To hark back to an earlier debate . . . My understanding is that water reaches the bloodstream through osmosis. For water to be absorbed it requires sufficient osmotic pressure. Some mineralisation is required for this. I also have read of cell absorption being affected by water molecule 'clustering'. Smaller clusters of H2O more easily hydrate cells. Is there good evidence for this?
