first gallstone cleanse

I did a galbladder cleanse a couple months ago. Four years ago I had

about five galbladder attacks, seemingly random over the course of a

couple months. I immediately changed my eating habits after I

realized what was going on. Two of my best friends have had their

galbladders' removed and they laugh at my advice to do a galbladder

flush. Oh well. My version was the following from the book " Apple

Cider Vinegar, the Miracle Health System " http://www.bragg.com (click

on books):

I went on a two day distilled water fast to get the food out of my

body, followed by drinking as much organic apple juice as desired in

the two following days that I did the cleanse. On the days of the

cleanse, I took one teaspoon epson salts in one measured cup of

water, a couple times a few hours (three hours) apart. Then one

teaspoon bragg (organic) unfiltered apple cider vinegar, three ounces

extra virgin olive oil, and six ounces organic apple juice. Shake and

drink up. I actually enjoyed the taste! I drank this three times the

first day, and twice the second day. In two days I passed 50 (fifty)

or so stones. I felt no pain, other than a burning anus (the bile)

when deficating, and I was very happy afterwards. The largest stone

was about one-half inch sphere. That was a very weird sensation to

say the least. Plop.

Hope this helps :-)
