Hi,

I just joined this group as I believe I need a/several flushes.

Over 15 years ago, I was diagnosed with gallstones. This was when they did the

complete surgery, Yuk! I had terrible pain and sometimes could only walk bent

over (I was about 35 at the time)...Went round and round with Doctor which is

another story, I had read about flush somewhere, so I did it...waited until I

had an attack (when it happened I couldn't eat for a couple of days - stomach

was hurting so bad...and This is from a overweight lady that loves to eat) so I

would drink apple juice/7up for a couple days...and then do a flush...Only the

first one was successful....but I still have my gallbladder. I had some

abdominal surgery several years later and thought they were going to remove

it...but at last minute I panicked (I always do with surgery) and told doctor

not to bother with gallbladder..I had always hoped he had removed it, but when I

asked doctor this year about it, there was not mention of it being removed in my

chart) I have been low carbing for about 9 months..and losing weight but do know

that gallblader is acting up. Not severe pain, I just know it is there. Now

there is so much info on this, I don't know where to start. DO you need to do

colon cleanse first, parasites?....the epsom salts are something I've never seen

before????(I seem to have a senitivitiy to magnesium - it is highly recommended

on the low carb program I'm doing - but it messes with my head/vision)...so

would the salts bother me???

The reason the subsequent flushes didn't work, is that I couldn't keep down the

olive oil.

I read somewhere that you can also use flax. I would appreciated some advice.

TIA

Marsha
