Guest guest
Hi to all my fellow group members. I do not post on this list very often but I follow it religiously. It is through this group that I found most of the information that has helped me help my husband handle his lung cancer. We have just finished 's Mango retreat program and I want to let you all know that the cost of this program $5,000 is the best investment we have ever made. We have learned SO MUCH about so many different ways of handling cancer and living with it that we are in awe of and all his knowledge. We do not know whether 's suggestions and treatments will save my husband's life or not, but we do know without any doubt that this is the best shot we've got. For any of you reading this who have been waffling about whether to go to 's center or not I urge to do so. On another subject, we all take for granted 's advice and information and none of us could get this information from any doctor without paying a fee for the consultation. However, gives of his time and knowledge freely without ever asking or expecting anything in return. But the rent has to be paid and the lights have to be kept on and there are many costs involved with keeping this center running so I am taking it upon myself (I hope won't object to my doing this) to ask you all to support the Center for Natural Oncology http://www.natural-oncology.org/about.htm in any way that you can. If you can send $1000 great. If you can send $100 great. If you can send $10 great and if you can send $1.00 great. We are all faced with high costs of handling our health and not too many of us have loose change hanging around. BUT still I feel that deserves our help and support in keeping the Center open and functioning and being the vibrant place that it is. He never charges anyone for his advice. I have heard him speak to people on the phone for an hour answering questions. What doc would do thatwithout sending a bill? Yesterday, three sisters came here to speak with about possibly having their father with liver cancer come do the program. spent two hours with them answering all their specific medical questions and of course they left without having to pay a penny for this advise and knowledge. What doc would do that? So I think it is up to us, the people who believe in alternative therapies and the people who profit from his knowledge to support the Center so that it can remain a vibrant retreat and oasis of knowledge and education for those who seek it. On the website for the center http://www.natural-oncology.org/about.htm is the address where to send your contributions and since the center is a not for profit organization you contributions are tax deductible. I hope that no one will take any offense at this post but I truly feel the is always available to anyone who seeks help and we should help him in this endeavour. Wishing everyone good luck and good health. Nili
