Guest guest
If it is a bit more costly to use Sesame oil, I'd again suggest using Flax Seed Oil, which is also more costly than olive oil, because of it's anti-inflammatory properties. I used it this last flush and was much less tender in the areas I usually am after the flush. The joints I have that usually ache benefited as well :-) Just my two cents worth :-) L. Guest guest
(This sounds like I'm saying it's more costly because of it's anti-inflammatory properties...that's not what I mean :-) But that's the reason I'd suggest it, because of anti-inflammatory properties.) > If it is a bit more costly to use Sesame oil, I'd > again suggest using Flax Seed Oil, which is also more > costly than olive oil, because of it's anti-inflammatory > properties. Guest guest
Your welcome...I was in some discussions with a couple fellow nutritionists and they suggested that I use flax seed oil, worked well for me. I did 1/2 olive oil, 1/2 flax, may go with all flax next time. I use sesame oil a lot in stir fry...find that it tastes best to put on and stir in after doing the cooking. Best of success! claudia :-) ----- Original Message ----- From: " ~ Rupp ~ " <jrupprun@...> <gallstones > Sent: Monday, July 29, 2002 1:33 PM Subject: Re: sesame seed oil > > From: " L.
