Ever heard of chitosan, sorb, etc? I do not want to eat a lot of bad

fats even now that my gb is gone, but I may want to eat popcorn at a

movie on occasion. I did not share my hubbies microwave popcorn last

night. I airpopped my own. We rarely go to movies, but my cousin

takes this chitosorb and it is supposed to absorb all the fat and

send it through without the body absorbing it. I am going to look for

more info on it, but wondered if any of you use it. If I indulge on

occasion, I would prefer not to absorb the nasty stuff. THis sounds

like it might be a good product.

I have a huge bag of hydrangea root herb and powdered dandelion root.

(1 lb each) I had just ordered it and had been drinking close to a

quart a day of the tea. The powdered dandelion could be encapsulated.

If anyone is interested in purchasing this from me, I would give you

a discount on it. I have only used a few Tbs from each bag. Each bag

fills about two quart jars.

THis morning I was shocked to see that I had lost 2 pounds. You may

laugh that I am so concerned, but I started out at 175 and when I

went into surgery, my home scale and the Dr office said I weighed

140. I am almost 6 feet tall. The hospital said I weighed 136. THis

morning my scale says 138. I have thin bones anyway, so I am starting

to look a little on the unhealthy thin side. Is it natural to lose

weight after surgery even if you are eating? I know I should not be

concerned so soon, but I don't have a whole lot of wiggle room. Well,

if I were still wearing those pants I started out in. I am hoping it

is a little bit of losing muscle. Can anyone help me with this? Dawn
