Guest guest
Wow, that sounds like a very successful flush! Did you use prune juice in preperation the day/night before? No epsoms at all until the morning? How much...when you have time could you post just what you did when? I'm always looking for new ways to flush :-) L. Guest guest
, My plan was to drink 8 oz prune juice at 6 and 8 with 400 mg of mag citrate. I was not home in time and ended up taking the 8 oz each at 8:20 and 9:00. This delayed the visits to the bathroom, so I did not drink the oo/oj until about 10:30. I was worried that the prune juice would not be enough the next morning so took the regular ES in apple juice dosage. I also did not want to be running to the bathroom all day so ended with 8 oz prune juice two hours later and followed it all up with a detox tea enema. I just got home from out of town and an happy that I was able to enjoy a few bites of forbidden food here and there without a problem. But, I am extremely cautious now and so it was literally a few bites here and there followed up by Beta-TCP and magnesium. I will be taking the Gold Coin Grass starting tomorrow and then will do a regular cleanse, followed by another prune juice cleanse and then I am going in for ultrasound because it will be six months from my last one and I am hoping to see dramatic change and improvement. Guest guest
Dawn, Although I don't want to start controversy again, I was curious about what you did, as there are some who think that what we pass is a mix of the oil, epsom salts, bile, etc. If you didn't take and ES, before flushing, that would disprove that. Thank you for providing this...I had never thought of using prune juice. Did you find that it was a effective as epsoms? Would you do it this way again? Where do you get your gold coin grass? When I am going to eat something with fat, I take a product called " fat grabbers " and also after the meal some lecithin. With main meal i always take food enzymes as well. I still haven't done a flush since the one in March, but would like to when things quiet down a bit. Just having a bit less stress in my life lately seems to be helping with symptoms. Thanks for the info! L. Guest guest
, thanks for that thought. I had not thought about the fact that I did not use the ES before. I just kind of followed my instinct. I got the idea for the prune juice from Dr 's three day cleanse which I did a few months back. He says to start the day with 16 oz of prune juice. Well, it sends you " running " (sorry) just like the ES, so I just thought I would break it in half. It works. I got the GCC from Chang. Bought the rest of her herbs too. She says you can take the Curcuma and can't remember the other one, during an attack. I felt a little pain last night and took them both and there was no progression. I will do the Chinese Bitters after the GCC, then do the flush. THis will take about a month. I still am wondering about the severe nausea this time. Hope that doesn't happen again. And I do a castor oil pack 2-3 times a week. I think it is all helping and am hoping for the best. When you do go for another cleanse, let us know the outcome, LOL! Dawn --- In gallstones@y..., " L. Guest guest
> I still am wondering about the severe nausea this time. Hope that > doesn't happen again. Thanks for the reply, as for the nausea, that is what I have every time and just figured it is backup of bile, etc. into the stomach, when there are larger things trying to pass, it usually comes in a wave, then lets up, and all the other activity that is going on aggravating the digestive system...my digestive system is sensative anyway. Often it just keeps up most of the night, and I generally plan on a sleepless night, and get jealous when I read about those who flush without feeling a thing and sleep right through it. I take an antacid & some magnesium, sip of soda or cold water. Sometimes there's nothing else to do but get up and let nature take it's yucky course, but usually am able to keep the oil, etc. down long enough to be effective. You can read about my last flush at the link in my sig lines, that's pretty characteristic for me. L.
