Need help with IP6 and Artemissin 1

My feelings are do not take both at the same time, in fact start with one for 5

days or so and then switch to the other. Especially with Artemissin, the body

builds up and uses less of it as time goes on, so take a break from it but hit

the cancer with the other iron getter, IP6. I believe take on an empty stomach

because both of these go for iron, so if you had food in your stomach, the

product would be used up there, if the food has any iron, instead of hunting

down the cancer with the iron in it.

Now what is an empty stomach. My guess is 1/2 hour before you eat and 2 hours

after you eat.
