Need help with IP6 and Artemissin

I need help knowing when to take IP6 and Artemissin. I tried to search

it on this site, but couldn't find the thread.

I am supposed to take IP6 on an empty stomach. How long do I wait until

I can take food or liquids?

Also, I read somewhere that it is best to vary the IP6 with Artemissen/

Is in the same day or the next?

Any advice out there?

All my supplements are in and I am so excited!!

From what I have read it was one hour to wait and eat.

I am on IP6 too!
