Soy can be part of a strategy that avoids methionine in strategies that are addressing multiple drug resistance. Soy also contains the Bowman-Birk inhibitor which fights cancer. Guest guest Posted June 20, 2010 Report Share Posted June 20, 2010 I have been avoiding Soy but recently found soy in the organic section that is marked " certified Organic, Non GMO " so I assume that should be OK.
