Thus, (fermented) soy's beneficial even for most ER+ cancer patients. >However fermented soy like tofu Tofu's NOT fermented. TEMPEH and miso are. Guest guest
Leonard I guess you must have missed the first part of this post. I said if one eats soy, that you should put lemon juice or vinegar, etc. on soy, which in effect makes it fermented. Even then, it is harder to digest than something like mung beans and Basmati rice but easier to digest than meat or cheese. Guest guest
I realize that but these things still help digest the soy, which is hard to digest. Guest guest
Estrogen would raise my voice about 5 octaves so maybe I'll go on a soy diet To keep me as I am. :>)) GB > > greatyoga@... writes: > > I realize that but these things still help digest the soy, which is > > hard to digest. > > > > Are you sure you want soy interfering with your estrogen? >
Guest guest
I am drinking a soy powder high in crystyline fructose It is supposed to be pre digested so you dont have to break it down according to the manufacture. It is also high in ingredients for immune boosting. Should I be using this with the high natural sugar content? Will it feed the cancer? AND IF IT IS A HORMONE BASED CANCER THERE ARE OPPOSING THOUGHTS ON THE SOY ANGLE. I HAVE MY MOM ON PREDIGESTED PROTEIN CAPS, BUT NOT SOY. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.
