Good luck ! I just did my first cleanse about 6 weeks ago. I got out about

200 stones. I am 27 years old.

I am doing my first cleanse today. Doing the Dr. 's recipe. Just

had 2 pieces of wheat toast with jelly and water for breakfast.

Not sure what to expect today. Hope this works. I don't have any liver

or gallbladder problems however I do have problems with PMS.too much

estrogen in my system..fibrocystic breasts, uterine fibroids. From what

I understand, the excess estrogen cannot be easily removed from your

liver if you have stones. Trying to do a cleanse to see if I even have

stones and if so, if the removal of them, will help with my estrogen

dominance.
