What is the best natural solution to use for cleaning an open wound? Right now

I'm using apple cider vinegar in water, it doesn't burn, its diluted quite a

bit. But I wonder if there is something better that would help the skin heal,

like baking soda, sea salt, etc.

Also, what should be kept on the sore in between treatments? When I'm not using

a castor oil pack, I don't know what to put on it - should it just be dry

bandages? It's still seeping and I'm afraid of getting the bandage stuck to it

and having to pull it off, so I want to put some kind of ointment in there.

Thanks!
