Thanks! I finished my first two gulpings of epsom salt mixture. In two more

hours, i'll be doing olive oil/grapefruit/black walnut tincture.

and enjoyed reading about people's successes. I never got up

the " gall " (no pun intended) to do the liver cleanse but I think I'm

ready for it tonight. I haven't eaten all day except for about one

ounce of green juice. I went to the store and got the organic olive

oil and grapefruit - have the epsom salts.

So I was all ready for it until I re-read Hulda 's instructions

about the liver cleanse. She strongly says that you shouldn't do it

before you do the parasite cleanse. I have NOT done the parasite

cleanse. Does anyone on this list have any recommendations about

whether I should go ahead and do it anyways?

I really want to cleanse my liver. I have asthma and allergies and

candida and doctor's had me on many drugs as a child and into my

early twenties ~ prednisone, antibiotics, theophylline,

phenobarbital, etc.

I'm 27. What do you all think? Should I do it? I've got to drink

my first dose of epsom salts in about an hour.

Thank you,

Joyce

I did my first liver cleanse before my parasite cleanse. I completed eight

successful cleanses, so I would say go ahead. There is a reason she wants you

to follow the order and you can always go back and follow the correct order.

But, go ahead and do your flush tonight!
