Guest guest
Does anyone know the symtoms and results of Gallstone attacks?? (i.e would upset stomach and urgency to use washroom be classified as a gallstone attack?). Hello, Different things affect different people, but coffee is very hard on your liver. I now have 1 cup a day and water it down. For a long time I couldn't drink it because I knew it might make me have a GB attack. One morning I had a scrambled egg on toast and a cup of coffee and about 30 minutes later I was having a gallstone attack. That's been a couple of years ago. Not only does unhealthy things trigger attacks but also healthy foods can. If you'll read the archives, you'll find that Dale couldn't eat cabbage in any shape or form for a long time. It would trigger his attacks. Eggs are healthy, but they used to trigger my attacks, so I stayed away from eating them for a long time. Now I can eat them since I'm taking Beta-TCP and magnesium. One other thing, always keep your bowels moving and this will help. You need lots of raw veggies and it helps to eat them with your cooked meals. Psyllium is good for maintaining a healthy bowel. You can buy a large bag at the health food store, and it lasts for a while. I would also advise you to start drinking fresh juices. They are so potent and help your liver/GB. Hope this all helps!
